PBAT is an exceptional biodegradable material that combines flexible from aliphatic segments with rigidity from aromatic segments in its polymer chains. This structure provides excellent flexibility while maintaining the thermal stability, and other mechanical properties like impact resistance. Under composting conditions, PBAT can be degraded into CO2, H2O through microbial activity under the involvement of microorganisms and without any microplastics contamination.

TH801TF demonstrates outstanding breathability, moisture absorption, high flexibility, and fast crystallization rate. It can be processed into environmentally friendly biodegradable spunbond nonwoven fabric. The spunbond process extrudes molten polymer into continuous filaments, then laid into a web and bonded, giving the material more uniform mechanical properties and superior surface smoothness. This nonwoven fabric offers textile-like softness suitable for hygiene products (e.g., baby diapers, wipes) and alos medical dressings with its exceptional breathability and moisture management characteristics proving particularly advantageous for medical applications.
